About the Role
Essity Health and Medical is looking for an experienced Contract Specialist who will be responsible for managing membership rosters, class of trade (COT) contracting, and price activations through various GPO (Group Purchasing Organization) platforms. The role involves working closely with Customer Service, field representatives, and distributors to ensure pricing eligibility, resolve membership connectivity issues, and maintain tracking tools for reporting KPIs.
The ideal candidate should live in Charlotte.

What You Will Do
- Proactively obtain membership rosters from GPO platforms and process membership uploads to SAP.
- Define, develop, and maintain class of trade rosters for effective contracting.
- Maintain Excel files for committed membership lists, review and approve letters of commitment to support price positioning and tier management.
- Process GPO price activations, interpret eligibility requirements, and ensure appropriate tier connections based on business objectives.
- Respond to membership eligibility inquiries from field representatives, distributors, and through consolidated mailboxes across all therapy areas.
- Research and respond to customer service requests regarding member pricing eligibility for direct sales customers.
- Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve blocked orders related to membership connectivity and escalate pricing concerns as needed.
- Maintain tracking tools that report team KPIs and update Distributor membership changes.
- Assist in reviewing discrepant rebates associated with membership activity.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures to streamline activities and ensure accuracy and process compliance.
Who You Are
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing complex data.
- Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
- Experience with GPO platforms and contracting is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally with customer service teams, sales reps, and distributors.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Up to 10% travel.
