Job Description:

• Promote a high energy, fast paced, welcoming atmosphere for all FITWORKS members.
• Meet and exceed all key performance sales indicators, including membership sales, membership retention, personal training and rehab and recovery wellness solutions.
• Front of Club Management including:
  • Member services requests.
  • Outbound sales calls with prospects originated by lead generation software.
  • Direct incoming inquires via phone, e-mail and text.
  • Maintain a clean working environment, including assisting in sanitation efforts as needed.
  • Monitor inventory needs throughout the Club.
