We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to guide and inspire a team of professionals within our marketing and operations department. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, skilled in decision-making, and passionate about team development and performance. Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and coach a team to meet performance goals

• Monitor daily operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately

• Collaborate with upper management to align departmental goals with company strategy

• Address challenges and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity

• Manage schedules, delegate responsibilities, and ensure deadlines are met

Qualifications
