What’s involved in this role:   

We are looking for a Cheese Packaging Lead in Lake Norden, SD.    

• Oversee Cheese Packagers and their operations.  

• Train Cheese Packagers on proper procedures concerning packaging and cleaning within the department.  

• Troubleshoot equipment.

• Ensure production stays on time and handle any production changes as they arise.  

• 6am-6pm, 6pm-6am rotating monthly 

• $1.50 night differential pay between the hours of 6pm-6am  

• Holiday pay and double time on Sunday  

What you need to join our team:    

• Ability to walk, stand, bend and lift up to 50 lbs  

• Exhibit a professional manner in dealing with others and work to maintain constructive working relationships. 

• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
