<h3>About the role</h3> <span><span>The AI team at Agile Robots is seeking a dedicated </span><span>Senior </span><span>Software </span><span>Engineer with </span><span>experience </span><span>with </span><span>Cloud Solutions</span><span>.</span><span> You are expected to have at least </span><span>5</span><span> years of </span><span>experience in</span><span> </span><span>the field, </span><span>demo</span><span>nstrating</span><span> </span><span>prof</span><span>iciency</span><span> in</span><span> </span><span>l</span><span>ogging, </span><span>m</span><span>onitoring and related </span><span>d</span><span>ashboarding of solutions and infrastructure </span><span>for</span><span> developers to use.</span><span> Thi</span><span>s position</span><span> is focused on </span><span>logging </span><span>onto</span><span> production lines.</span><span> So prior hands-on experience in this area would be a significant plus.</span></span><span> </span> <h3>Your Responsibilities</h3> <ul><li><span>Collaborate with other team members to evaluate and improve existing systems/pipelines.</span></li><li><span>Translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture and design.</span></li><li><span>Designing, creating and maintaining central Solutions to ship /serve logs, metrics. </span></li><li><span>Supporting product development teams with best practices, standards, libraries and "how to's" regarding topics like Metrics &amp; Monitoring, Logging, Tracing (so Observability).</span></li><li><span>Defining and building APIs and integrations with various systems- operated by our customers. Mostly focusing on reporting/exporting data we collected from Metrics and Logs.</span></li><li><span>Set up and maintain our data collection pipeline both on-prem and in the cloud</span></li><li><span>Create ETL pipelines and data import/export functionality to support the use of different data sources in a unified way</span></li><li><span>Participate in data collection campaign and support the creation of data engineering infrastructure </span></li><li><span>Support the creation of an MLOps pipeline for feeding the collected data to training of large models.</span></li><li><span>Travelling frequently to our deployment sites, primarily China (up to 40% of the time depending on the stage of the project), to collaborate with on-site engineers in deploying and evaluating our solutions and collecting feedback on their usage for collaborating.</span></li></ul> <h3>Essential Skills</h3> <ul><li><span><span>Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience. </span></span></li><li><span><span>Ability to write production quality code, including unit/integration tests. You did it in a robust, popular language (e.g. Java, Golang).</span></span></li><li><span><span>Good knowledge and understanding of application design, coding and integration patterns.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Hands on experience with Docker technology.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Understanding of and ability to design APIs.</span></span></li><li><span><span>You are good and stable Git user.</span></span></li><li><span><span>As a team player you support knowledge-sharing and enjoy working in an international team.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Availability to mainly work on-site at our headquarters in Munich.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.  </span></span></li><li><span><span>Strong verbal and written communication in English.</span></span></li></ul> <h3>Beneficial Skills</h3> <ul><li><span><span>Hands-on experience with Golang is a big plus!
