Position Summary
The Enablement Leader is responsible for driving adoption of digital workplace technologies to increase workforce digital dexterity and productivity leveraging a combination of technologies and skills including process engineering and management, process automation, data analysis and visualization to design an ecosystem of processes and tools to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of services delivered by GDW This leader manages a cross-functional team focused on ensuring that employees have the motivation and knowledge to fully exploit IT-supplied technology. This team will work closely with shared services partners, such as HR, corporate communications, facilities and line of business leaders, as well as other IT colleagues and technology vendors. This role will work closely with digital workplace architecture, operations to ensure the coordinated delivery of digital workplace services. The role also leads Experian’s strategy for personal productivity accelerated through automation. Most immediately, they will create a strategy for the governance and adoption of quickly proliferating use of chat bots, virtual agents, RPA and RDA to protect Experian’s investments in these technologies and ensure they operate in secure and effective ways. This leader must continually evaluate the competitive landscape for these quickly evolving technologies, manage strong relationships with relevant technology vendors, maintain productive relationships with senior stakeholders, help facilitate adoption of these technologies and cultivate resource sharing across regions and BUs for efficiency and good governance. This leader must work collaboratively with corporate communications, HR procurement and vendor management, finance, IT service and asset management, and legal or compliance senior leaders.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead Create a cohesive strategy that brings together user experience, process improvement, team and personal productivity through automation and success metrics. This strategy must be aligned with the GDW architectural strategy and roadmap and articulated with the Digital Experience Advisory Board, global CTOs and CIOs and the EITS Senior Leadership Team.
- Lead team of project managers, release managers and scrum managers, create a portfolio of work across the broad expanse of GDW’s remit to ensure strategic objectives are achieved according to the roadmaps
- Promote and support the adoption and roll out of agile methodology across the global digital workplace organization release mgmt.
- Build out capabilities and teams to lead and coordinate audits, risk and security efforts.
- Managerial responsibilities include hiring, managing, coaching and developing direct reports.
- Identify, monitor, publish and manage goals and measurements to show improvements to digital workplace technology.
- Help organize and coordinate digital workplace steering committee meetings and decisions.
- Develop and lead metrics program, SLA management processes and governance for global digital workplace.
- Define and maintain global digital workplace policies and procedures.
- Define & lead vendor management processes across global digital workplace
- Define and lead digital workplace enablement strategy and processes.
- Identify, monitor, publish and manage measurements to show digital workplace enablement impact.
- Managerial responsibilities include hiring, managing, coaching and developing direct reports.
- Collaborates with various digital workplace stakeholders.
- Oversee the creation, management and awareness of the centralized repository of end user technology enablement resources (videos, how-to, quick-start guides, etc.)
- Facilitate or oversee end user technology enablement and awareness events (Ask the Expert, Immersion Experiences, webinars, lunch and learns, etc.)
- Help identify potential improvements or impacts to end user experience and proactively manage potential disruptions.
- Partner with HR, Facilities and Corporate Communications leaders on employee experience and engagement improvement initiatives.
