About the role
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Engineering Manager in the Brands department you will work and lead a talentedteam of developers based in our Poland office to create innovative and high performingmobile apps for a range of LeoVegas’ brands such as LeoVegas, BetMGM, BetUK andExpekt.You will have a mobile first approach to development, with an understanding of softwareDevelopment.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
● Solid engineering background, spending at least 5+ years working as an engineer.● Strong people management and leadership skills with at least 3+ years of managinga team.● Experience in leading or building mobile apps● Experience in leading and developing people and teams through goals, inspiration,transparency and trust.● Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching and mentoring agile softwaredevelopment teams.
NICE TO HAVES:
● Experience from the iGaming
● Experience with React Native

● Delivering the Design, build, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and efficientsolutions within your team● Optimising resource utilisation, enhancing performance, and ensuring reliabilityacross cloud platforms● Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and streamlineprocesses● Improve and maintain the applications with a product focus● Contribute to launching new brands and brand expansions into new territories
