As a Policy Service Administrator here with Storable you’ll play a vital role in providing top-notch customer service.  We are looking for a proactive individual with critical thinking abilities to allow them to identify and provide solutions to assist Storable in being number one in the market.  The ideal candidate will currently hold an active Property & Casualty License.  

What you will do every day:

• Maintain availability in the phone system to accept calls when transferred to a policy services representative or when the Client Administrative Coordinator is not available
• Print/mail COI/SOCs as requested or needed if email is undeliverable
• Oversee and manage the day-to-day participation form email boxes as well as mailed forms
• Inputting certificate holder data into the database
• Communicate with facilities/training department as needed to assist in accurate completion of forms
• Manage forms for policies issuance or updates are needed
• Complete quarterly requirements for enterprise accounts
• Answer certificate holders/clients’ policy questions via phone or email
• Maintain email boxes within 24-hour response time during week
• Manage terminations through the process and follow compliance regulations
• Prepare termination letters for required signature 

What you need to bring to the table:

• P&C license is required
• Superior organizational skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Exceptional verbal communication skills
• Active listening, empathy, and problem-solving
• Critical thinking
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of common business structures  
• Experience with CRM software is helpful
• Knowledge of Agency management software
• Detail oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Dedication to completing tasks in a timely manner
• Ability and desire to learn new things
• Good time management
