Senior Manager, Site Merchandising: Gifting and Evergreen Campaigns

Position Summary...

What you'll do...

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to join the Campaign & Events team, to lead gifting campaigns and strategic initiatives. This role will be pivotal in driving the gifting strategy, expanding the Gift Finder tool, and ensuring continued success and growth of seasonal gifting campaigns. The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives and enhancing the team’s overall impact and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Gifting Strategy Leadership: 

• Drive the overall gifting strategy to align with customer needs and market trends 
• Drive the expansion and discovery for tooling enhancements for gifting experiences to better assist the customer with year-round gifting needs 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

• Lead conversations with product, engineering, UX, and tooling teams to ensure gifting experiences meet customer demand and incorporates feedback for continuous improvement 
• Build strong partnerships across the organization (Site Merchants, Merchants, Editorial, Creative, Customer Insights, etc.) to drive innovation and enhance the customer experience 

Seasonal Gifting Campaigns: 

• Drive the strategy and continued growth of seasonal gifting moments, including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Graduation, and Teacher Appreciation 
• Set campaign goals and targets, ensuring they are ambitious and achievable, and aligning them to broader business goals and objectives

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive initiatives and lead a team effectively
• Experience in campaign management and digital tool expansion
• Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within a strategic capacity
• Ability to think strategically and problem-solve
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
