Heart Recovery is currently seeking a Product Management Co-Op, Patient Management Solutions to join our team located in Danvers, MA.

Role Summary:
The Product Management Co-op will support a team focused on capital equipment and digital technologies that enhance clinical workflows and customer experience related to Impella heart pump technology. The co-op will assist with insight generation, product development, and cross-functional collaboration to translate customer needs into product decisions.
This role is well suited for students who are energized by the intersection of technology, customer needs, and business context, and who can collaborate effectively with product development teams to support product strategy and execution.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Insight Generation
Support building an understanding of customer profiles, target markets, evolving technology trends, competitive dynamics, and unmet needs relevant to capital equipment and digital solutions.
Support VOC execution by organizing inputs from customer interactions and internal stakeholders and synthesizing them into actionable themes.
Contribute to clear, consistent VOC documentation practices improve continuity and reuse of insights.
Assist with preparing concise summaries and recommendations that connect customer/market insights to product discussions.

Roadmap & Business Plan Development
Assist with drafting and maintaining product documentation that supports product planning discussions.
Support evaluation of competitive technologies and summarize implications for differentiation and prioritization.
Drive future product roadmap development by synthesizing insights that inform strategic prioritization and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Required Education & Experience
Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Human Factors, Computer Science, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability (through coursework, internships, or projects) to synthesize information and communicate clearly in written and presentation formats.
