The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Engineering, Mechanical/Hydraulic Systems team has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Mechanical Systems Design and Analysis Engineer to join our team in Everett, WA.
Position Overview:
The Boeing Global Trainee Program is an opportunity for selected All Nippon Airways engineers to join Boeing for an 18-month training program. As a Mechanical Systems Design Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces. Perform various analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture. Perform analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance and other specialties quality factors into a preferred configuration.
Position Responsibilities:
Supports the development and documentation of mechanical and fluid system and thermal environment requirements to establish the system design.
Supports the development, maintenance or modification of system, component and installation designs/proposals to provide design documentation to downstream groups.
Performs and documents analyses to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications.
Contributes to supplier development, test and production activities and directs the supplier to optimize integration and achieve program goals.
Supports system components' designs/proposals standards to provide installation and detail documentation.
Works under general direction.
Work Authorization:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, WA.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in Aeronautics & Astronautics engineering.
Experience with All Nippon Airways.
5+ years of engineering experience
5+ years of Airline experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and methodologies.

Summary Pay Range:
Experienced Level: $102,000 - $138,000.
