This is a grant-funded position and reassignment will be based upon performance, progress toward research goals and continuation of funding. Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without sponsorship.
Purpose
The Senior Administrative Program Coordinator will facilitate technical assistance (education, training, and guidance resources) on evidence-based opioid use and stimulant use disorders prevention, treatment, recovery, and harm reduction practices in a multi-state area.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and respond to technical assistance requests. Facilitate planning, communication, and provide appropriate technical assistance for individuals and organizations.
- Coordinate and lead technical assistance teams working with local communities and state agencies. Oversee communication among technical assistance providers. Assist in proper staffing of technical assistance teams.
- Oversee the Opioid Response Network (ORN) training and technical assistance protocols that involve high-level coordination with local, state, and national partners and appropriate triaging of Opioid Response Network (ORN) resources.
- Coordinate project activities, data management, and outcome evaluation. Oversee project operations including regular attendance at project meetings.
- Collaborate with high-level state and regional agencies through the outreach and/or exhibition to stakeholders and community providers. Coordinate and distribute information about evidence-based practices to address opioid and stimulant use disorders.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of experience providing in-service training and/or technical assistance. Knowledge of behavioral healthcare services, especially the addiction treatment and recovery services field. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Values the contributions of others in the work environment. Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree with at least 3 years of experience managing complex, multi-tasked projects. Experience in and knowledge of best practices for treatment of stimulant use. Familiarity with federal policies related to behavioral health and substance use.
Salary Range
$65,000 - $70,000 - depending on qualifications

M-F, Flexible between 8am-6pm
