Insurance EstimatorThe Estimator is responsible for preparing estimates and supplementals for reconstruction and emergency services.  $80,000 - $100,000 per year plus commissions!

•  Experience in Xactimate and Symbility advancement

RESPONSIBILITES: 

• Meet all service standards set forth by the client or the company
• Estimate each loss using a 3rd party estimating software, Xactimate or Symbility (as required)
• Train on these estimating tools as needed
• Utilize PDO QA for peer review
• Complete estimates within insurance guidelines. 

Competency – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of technology (iPhone, iPad, computer)
• Customer Service Skills
• Ability to learn and operate our primary operating systems: RMS, Xactimate, Symbility, MICA and additional systems as requested
• Ability to create documents
• Ability to answer and communicate with customers over the phone and face to face
• Ability to work independently and / or with a team
• Ability to work within hazardous environments safely
• Maintain a level of confidentiality

 Preferred Education and Experience: 

• Experience with Xactimate and/or Symbility required
• Customer Service experience

Physical Requirement

• Must be able to communicate and converse with customers over the phone and face to face
• The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
• Constantly operates a computer, a calculator, fax machine, copy machine, and computer printer.
• Must be able to observe and perceive information on a computer and documents
