The TikTok Shipping Solutions team is reimagining our carrier logistics network to better serve both sellers and customers. We seek an innovative and results-driven professional to develop and implement strategies aimed at reducing delivery costs, expediting transit times, and enhancing reliability.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Contribute to developing and executing data-driven strategies to improve our carrier logistics network, ensuring alignment with TikTok Shop’s vision.
- Innovation and Experimentation: Implement pilot programs for new service offerings, identifying key areas for improvement through data analysis and experimentation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Procurement teams to ensure logistics solutions integrate with product roadmaps and business priorities. Act as a liaison to translate technical and operational requirements between teams.
- Metrics and Performance: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of logistics initiatives. Use data to drive continuous improvement and report on logistics performance to senior leadership.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Support cross-functional working groups across Product, Operations, Procurement, Carrier Management, Marketing, Legal, and more.
- Project Management: Manage the development and market launch of new logistics offerings. Contribute to writing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and provide feedback during product development.
- Thought Leadership: Provide insights and solutions to cross-functional leadership on logistics network performance.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in logistics management, product management, business operations, or related field.
- Proven track record of developing and launching new initiatives (0->1).
- Proficient in data analysis, metric development, and building analytical support for proposals.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and build alignment around new initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience developing solutions in the logistics space.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $111466 - $208577 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/i
