This person will be the quality representative for CAT 1, 2, and 3 projects, as assigned, and responsible for the creation pHACCP and rMMS (Quality monitoring piece) for new products/technology development in order to ensure full compliance to quality, food safety, and regulatory requirements.</p> <p><strong><br>What You'll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Be part of the Internal Audit Team and other initiatives.</p> </li> <li> <p>Project team member engaged in Innovation/Renovation projects assuring Quality function I2L deliverables throughout project stages.</p> </li> <li> <p>Perform food safety assessments and develop pHACCP and rMMS new product/technology projects, including support to factories for implementation.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure quality and food safety technical knowledge transfer to operations through engagement, training, and handover of projects.</p> </li> <li> <p>Provide training to all functions which need to have an insight into quality and safety, and which need to implement quality and safety in their own job deliverables.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure full compliance to standards and regulatory requirements.</p> </li> <li> <p>Promote compliance with system requirements and other applicable standards.</p> </li> <li> <p>Member of the Internal Audit Team, responsible for auditing processes and areas according to the Internal Audit Plan.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support visits from regulatory bodies, such as FDA or USDA, and external certification bodies.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support preparation efforts to obtain ISO and NMS certifications.</p> </li> <li>Provide technical assistance to quality functions in factories and application groups</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Chemistry Engineer, Food Science, or equivalent)</p> </li> <li>Experience in food industry in quality, R&amp;D, or ma
