THE JOB:

As a Spa Attendant, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $15.13 an hour in addition to receiving a percentage of the service charge.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics and exceed guest expectations

• Follow all departmental and policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies

• Maintain spa facilities and locker areas ensuring they are well stocked, and in tidy and sanitary condition at all times

• Direct guests to their appointments and assist them with the use of sauna, steam, whirlpools, and other spa amenities

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
