The Network Technology (NT) procurement domain bears worldwide commercial responsibility for the categories of Radio Access, Infrastructure, Wireline Access and Backhaul Transmission, Core Control & IP Layer, Managed Services, as well as for the corresponding services and is the key sourcing partner for negotiation procurement, frame contract management and implementation of telecom infrastructure. The NT domain supports all affiliates and partners in all their telecom infrastructure as well as innovation projects whilst implementing procurement best practices on well about 4 bn€ spend.

We’re looking for a Senior Sourcer to Manage Projects in the area of Managed Services, TowerCo and ESCO ( Energy Optimization)- additional country demands

Key responsibilities

As a Senior Strategic Sourcer for Managed Services as well as for Energy Optimization
Projects (with focus on Renewable & Green Sources of Energy) you will:

• Negotiate complex Managed Services & Energy Optimization deals with potential of cross leveraging between domains and groups, and share lessons learned
• Analyse and manage the countries demands
• Lead demand-based RFPs & RFQs and support countries during implementation phases
• Define/execute cost optimization levers and realization plans
• Perform active contract controlling and manage change requests for contracts in place
• Ensure potential for cross-group optimization and bundling
• Participate in procurement strategies on the category
• Contribute to achieve Sustainability Targets for our Shareholders

Core Capabilities & Skills

You od a University degree or an MBA in Procurement, Business Administration, Economics, Business Information Technology or qualification of the same level.

Proven experience in in telecommunication Managed Services (outsourcing deals), TowerCo and Energy procurement projects

Understanding specificities and technicalities of the Telecommunication markets in the area of Energy, Network and TowerCo models

Able to manage customer relationship and business analysis

Capability to use SW tools in an efficient manner

Profile and Skills

• Several years of professional experience in telecommunication and/or Energy procurement projects of 5+ years minimum,
• Experience in sourcing project coordination, managing customers, stakeholders, and suppliers management
• Good knowledge of contract law
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Capacity to work in a multi-cultural and fast-changing environment
• Good knowledge in the use of standard office software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Web Browsers, Microsoft teams, Outlook etc…), ability & quick learner for usage of specific internal tools
• Processes and workflows understanding
• Fluency in English and French, German as a plus
• Willingness to travel

Languages

• Your French and English language are business fluent in spoken and written to be able to work in international scope
• German language skills are beneficial
