Temporary Compesation & Sales Commission Coordinator

Cartier | New York, New York

 

Role Overview

The Temporary Compensation and Sales Commission Cordinator , will be an integral part of the Total Rewards team here at Cartier North America. This role will assist in the monthly commission processing cycle and be a key player in payment entry and validation, data analyzations, auditing, and other commission related processes.

 

Responsibilities

• Support the total rewards team int the admistration of the commercial incentive compensation plan.
• Extract data drom HRIS and compensation systems for employee eligibility for commission processing
• Upload manual adjustments to compensation systems
• Maintain detailed documentation of proceedures, processes, and controls of all manual processes.
• Review Payment Reports for accuracy and completeness, escalating any issues prior to disbursement
• Monitor and organize the monthly commission mailbox for the boutique management teams.  
• Examine needs and make recommendations for process improvement
• Partner with IT, IT consulting vendor, HRBP, Finance, Commercial, and Boutique Management for monthly commission processing.
• Work closely with Sr. Compensation & Commission Analyst and Director of total rewards on compemensation and commission processes.

 

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience serving in an analytical capacity
• A keen eye for detail and ability to understand where and how to look for errors in large datasets and audit checklists
• Excel Expertise; SAP and Varicent experience a plus
• Ability to handle sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality
