Maintenance Facilities Technician (Day Shift) - Mon - Fri 6:00 PM to 2:30 PM

Your role at Clorox:

Pay Rate: $32.30

The Facilities Technician is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the building and grounds. You will oversee systems that include heating, lighting, air conditioning, plumbing, air filtering, and electrical systems.

In this role, you will:

• Perform basic painting, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance and inspection of building and grounds 
• Perform basic equipment repairs and work alongside Subcontractors 
• In charge of keeping subcontractors accountable (HVAC and grounds) 
• Provides excellent customer service at all levels of the organization. 
• Complete tasks promptly and provide feedback. 
• Performs routine facility and equipment maintenance. 
• Follows the facilities’ Work Request System. 
• Other duties as assigned 

What we look for:

• Must have a minimum of 5+ years of related work experience as a facilities technician 
• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred 
• Ability to read and comprehend wiring diagrams, loop drawings, and P&ID drawings 
• Understand the essential functions of pumps, rooftops, Tus, PRVs, AHUs, fans, boilers, etc. 
• Experienced in handling low voltage 
• Must have a high degree of initiative, with the ability to work alone and effectively with other people and teams 
• Certifications are a plus 
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. 
• Must be able to stand up to 8 hours per day 
• Must be able to walk up to 4 hours per day.  
• Must be physically able to perform repairs when needed.
