Internship Expectations
Start: June 3rd
Duration: 6 - 12 months
Hours per week: 15-25
Your Responsibilties
− As an intern, you will be assigned to one key project that you will manage during the internship. Results will be presented to the leadership team at the end of the internship program
− Providing support to manufacturing/operations department
− Develop improvement ideals concepts and present them to the leadership team
− Work and spend time with co-workers to understand business processes and challenges
Educational Requirements
− Actively pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering or mechanical engineering in an accredited program
− Current GPA 3.0 or better
Experience
− Prior work experience in a manufacturing company is preferred, but not a must
Required Skills
− Project management as well as strong organization and communication skills
− Willingness to take responsibility for projects
− Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel. Word, Power Point, Outlook, etc)
− Ability to multitask in a collaborative team and office setting
