Position Overview 

• Schedule – Monday - Friday 7am to 4pm - Flexibility to work additional hours may be required to meet company/project needs.
• On-Site Requirement: This position requires physical presence at your job location during the scheduled hours. 

**Must live within 30 miles of the property and have reliable transportation. If relocating, relocation must be completed prior to start date.

• Property Information – 352-unit mid-rise apartment community built in 2021.
• Compensation Package–
  • $26 to $26 / Hour*
  • Bonus Incentives include: Monthly Leasing Bonuses!

  • Paid sick leave accrual equivalent to 1.33 hours for every 30 hours worked (~11 days per year).

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years’ experience in multifamily or hotel groundskeeping / landscaping preferred.
• Experience and willingness to work outdoors is required.
• Experience providing great customer service to residents and/or customers is required.
• Experience using power washers, leaf blowers, and other landscaping tools is required.
• Willingness to perform cleaning duties as assigned.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in effective communication and teamwork.
• Maintains a positive outlook and embraces a collaborative team approach.
• Shows responsibility and takes pride in their work.
• Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills.

 

Your Role

• Clean common areas, vacated units, windows, and exterior spaces.
• Maintain grounds, lawns, and curb appeal.
• Remove trash regularly.
• Assist with painting and cleaning tasks.
• Ensure equipment is safe and operators are trained.
• Help maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Manage timecards and reports.
• Maintain dumpster areas and storage spaces.
• Communicate with residents, vendors, and applicants.
• Ensure the irrigation system is functioning properly.
• Clean exterior doors, entryways, and landings weekly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Have basic hand tools (power tools provided as needed).
