What You’ll Do:

• Create and sustain a highly innovative R&D culture, balancing time to market and breakthrough technology.
• Drive new product development including hardware development, systems engineering, and verification/validation.
• Lead a multidisciplinary global team through strategy, execution, and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with Product Management on business cases, product roadmaps, and IP strategy.
• Ensure compliance with global regulations and industry standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and lean product development.

Required Qualifications: The ideal candidate is a talented professional who can develop talent, foster innovation and deliver results.

• BS or higher in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in R&D and new product development of instrumentation.
• Team leadership experience, including managing leaders
• Expertise in intellectual property strategy, compliance, and lean product development.
