We are currently seeking a motivated and innovative Software Engineering Intern to join our team in Niagara Falls, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for a student who is eager to apply their technical skills, learn from experienced professionals, and make a tangible impact in a dynamic, mission‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with our software team to design, implement, and test software that will enter Calspan’s production codebase.
• Develop code as independently as possible, while following existing coding standards and best practices for development test, code review, and QA

Qualifications

Preferred Education / Experience:

• Must be currently enrolled in a Software Engineering or Computer Science program at an accredited college or university

Preferred Knowledge / Ability:

• Knowledge of XML 
• Familiarity with C++ 
• Familiarity with gtest is a plus
• Must be motivated and have a strong desire to learn
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in team environment
