We sell our products and solutions in around 150 countries under many strong brands, including the global market leaders TENA and </span><span>Tork</span><span>, as well as well-known brands such as Jobst, </span><span>Leukoplast</span><span>, Libero, </span><span>Libresse</span><span>, Lotus, </span><span>Nosotras</span><span>, Saba, Tempo, </span><span>Vinda</span><span> and </span><span>Zewa.</span></p><p></p><h1><b>Your Role</b></h1><ul><li><p>Develop and Implement Marketing Plans: Lead the creation and execution of customer marketing plans for selected strategic customers</p></li><li><p>Stakeholder Collaboration: Establish and maintain marketing relationships with strategic stakeholders, representing marketing in the Local Management Team</p></li><li><p>Product Mix Monitoring: Oversee the overall product mix of customers and recommend changes in collaboration with the appointed Key Account Manager or sales lead</p></li><li><p>Campaign Execution: Create and execute customer marketing campaigns (both offline and online) and loyalty programs to drive customer engagement, advocacy, and sales development</p></li><li><p>Omnichannel: understand how to perform and navigate in the Digital shelf. Lead the omni-channel transformation in your designated area hand in hand with the Digital Customer Marketing Manager</p></li><li><p>Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve online listings, share of search, taxonomy, and the integrity and accuracy of commercial content</p></li><li><p>Coordination of Activities: Collaborate with Product, Segment, and Brand managers to coordinate activities within your area of responsibility</p></li><li><p>Budget Management: Manage the customer marketing budget for the business area, ensuring ROI calculations and setting KPIs, followed by corrective actions as needed</p></li><li><p>Team Development: Lead and develop team capabilities in line with Essity’s core values and development program</p></li></ul><p></p><h1><b>You Identify Yourself With</b></h1><ul><li><p>Experienced Marketer: Strong previous experience in a marketing role within a multinational company</p></li><li><p>Digitally oriented: Experience in the digital shelf and creative in leveraging AI to enhance daily work processes</p></li><li><p>Bilingual: Fluent in German and English</p></li><li><p>Dynamic and Passionate: Enthusiastic about marketing and brand development</p></li><li><p>Flexible and Reliable: Committed and can-do attitude.</p></li><li><p>Leadership Skills: Passionate about coaching and developing others</p></li><li><p>Adaptable: Comfortable working within a matrix organization</p></li><li><p>Willing to Travel: Open to traveling up to 40% of the time</p></li></ul><p></p><h1><b>Our Benefits for You</b></h1><p></p><p>The benefits listed refer to the primary location.
