Billing Coordinator

You will perform billing operations and ensures accuracy of financial information, as directed by the Accounting Manager or Controller..

Responsibilities

• Issue accurate and timely invoices to customers
• Review billing data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Issue Credit Memo to customers
• Track invoices
• Create invoices
• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments
• Prepare and submit billing reports to management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate billing and payment processing
• Provide support during internal and external audits
• Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential

Must Have's:

• Highschool Diploma or work related experience
• Minimum 1-3 years of billing
• Enjoys working with numbers
• Keen attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Experience with any accounting software; QuickBooks or similar

Nice to Have:

• Assist with month-end and year-end close process
• Assist in collection efforts and communicate with customers regarding past due balances
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Annual salary $45k to $55k DOE
