Hotside Technician - Commercial/Service

Description

The Hotside Technician (Commercial Equipment Field Service Technician) role will be performing service and maintenance of commercial restaurant equipment. This individual must also be presentable, as it is a customer facing role.

Working on:

• Restaurants ovens, fryers, and ranges.
• Other Kitchen cooking equipment
• Microwave and small kitchen equipment: slicers, blenders, and mixers a plus.

Requirements

•  High School Diploma and/or GED
• 2-3 years of food service equipment (Hot Side) repair
• Can comprehend electrical schematics
• Must be able to communicate effectively having a good etiquette.
• Intermediate computer skills
• Has legal authority to work in the United States
• Can pass a drug screening.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
