The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
Job includes the proper movement (physically/systematically) of inventory from warehouse to manufacturing. Primary duties include transfer of parts to designated work cells, in manufacturing, utilizing radio frequency (RF) device, pulling orders, shipping and receiving.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Adherence of all safety guidelines required by Scott Safety
• Will work at heights using lift and must be able to drive forklift to place product in proper areas.
• Verify inventory moves in Warehouse Management System (WMS); Understand and be able to access this information
• Stock supplies in warehouse from vendors
• Supply departments with product
• Load and unload trucks
• Cross training in all warehouse jobs tasks
• Process replenishment report, daily
• Ship and Receive product
• Performs additional duties and functions as directed by the Supervisor

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma /GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
• Six (6) months of experience driving a forklift

Applicants meeting the basic qualifications above may be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as a part of the selection process

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• General computer skills
• Must be able to work at heights of 30 feet
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Must pass necessary medical and training certifications

Pay & Benefits: 

• The starting rate of pay for this position is $25.51. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
