Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as LTAMDS/GhostEye Cross-Product Execution Lead (CPEL). As the CPEL for this high-profile program, you will be responsible for ensuring horizontal integration across Integrated Product Teams & Cross Product Teams (IPTs/CPTs). This role will drive consistency/integrity in technical interfaces, schedules, resource allocation, metrics reporting, risk & opportunity management, product affordability, proposal management and review cadence.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate cross-product readiness for major acquisition milestones & events and provided related support to customer planning efforts

  • Identify critical path conflicts and resource constraints and develop mitigation plans across product teams / program offices

  • Lead product line risk & opportunity efforts to support both contract execution and system lifecycle readiness

  • Support development & maintenance of product level affordability models

  • Lead recurring cross-product integration efforts to synchronize design, production, & sustainment activities

  • Support leadership decision forums with consolidated dashboards providing actionable visibility into cost, technical, and schedule integration health

  • Develop & maintain common tools & processes across the LTAMDS/GE Product Line

  • Manage product line proposal development activities

  • Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed

Qualifications You Must Have  

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience

  • Experience related to program execution and program management

  • Experience with financial management, including Risk and Opportunity management

  • Proposal management experience

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Program Management Level 5 Certification or ability to obtain (provisional) within 90 days

  • Earned Value (EVMS) Certification or equivalent

  • Prior experience supporting development, production and/or sustainment programs in the aerospace and defense industry

  • Prior experience leading risk & opportunity efforts at the program level

  • Working knowledge of contract formation and execution
