About the role
Join a team of professionals where you will be responsible for handling and processing parts pre and post-thermal spray coating operations. Responsibilities may include consumable materials inventory management and completing shipping and receiving operations. This is an entry-level position with training provided on the thermal spray process. This role is temporary, up to 6 months in duration. Come Build with Us by:

- Being able to understand, and adhere to company policies, procedures, and work instructions that apply to this role.
- Unpacking and examining incoming part shipments, report damaged items, record shortages and report them to the supervisor or manager.
- Cleaning and masking parts to prepare for thermal spray coating.
- De-masking, cleaning, and performing touch-ups of coated parts.
- Monitoring inventory levels of consumable production material and proactively communicate inventory requirements.
- Reporting product deficiencies to supervision.
- Performing other duties as necessary.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience in manufacturing preferred but not required, ability to work effectively and efficiently on a team with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills; attention to detail and follow through.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of twenty-five pounds in a safe manner and request assistance when needed.
- Must have fine motor control for detailed manual work.
- Able to sit, walk and stand for extended periods.
