Federal Logistics & Asset Management

Location: Washington, DC (Onsite; local travel between sites)
Clearance: Ability to pass a federal background investigation

About the Role

A Logistics Specialist III is needed to manage logistics and property activities at multiple federal locations. This role supports the timely delivery, tracking, and accountability of equipment and materials.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate ordering, receiving, storage, and distribution of supplies and equipment.

• Maintain accurate inventory and asset records; track locations and status.

• Assist with logistics planning for office moves, new locations, or special projects.

• Prepare reports and documentation related to inventory, shipments, and disposals.

• Qualifications

Required Experince:

• 3–5 years of logistics, supply, or property management experience.

• Familiarity with inventory and asset tracking systems.

• Ability to perform physical tasks (e.g., lifting boxes/equipment as needed).

• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.

U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a federal background check.

Salary - $65,000 - $75,000
