Job Title: Manufacturing Bilingual Support

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Manufacturing Bilingual Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and have experience in a manufacturing environment. 

Responsibilities:

- Provide support to manufacturing team in both English and Spanish.

- Translate documents and instructions from English to Spanish and vice versa

- Communicate with non-English speaking team members to ensure understanding of safety protocols and procedures

- Assist with training of new team members who may not speak English fluently

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations

Requirements

Requirements:

- Fluent in both English and Spanish

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
