Responsibilities
Assist the IT Enterprise Solution Department to create designs for and to solve complex design problems in enterprise-level products to ensure the best user experience (UX) for all stakeholders by collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and other UX Designers.
Develop storyboards, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to demonstrate the design and interactions.
Assist the team to create a standard design process and contribute to the design system to allow all team members to reuse team design experience and align the design style.
Facilitate usability testing, draft report documents, and improve the design based on the discovery.
Identify areas of improvement within the products, and create related design explorations.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree in Fine Arts, Art and Design, Digital Arts, Graphic Design, Computer Art, Arts and Technology, Information Technology, Information Studies, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Art and Design, Digital Arts, Graphic Design, Computer Art, Arts and
Technology, Information Technology, Information Studies, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
Performing product refinement by designing and conducting usability research and consolidating results into actionable insights;
Defining product requirements and optimizing product user experience (UX) by collecting user pain points, reviewing competitor analysis, and analyzing user needs;
Using Figma throughout all stages of product design, including creating user flows, high-fidelity user interfaces, and interactive prototypes; and
Facilitating design guidelines to improve product consistency and increase product brand awareness.

Travel Requirement: Domestic and/or international travel up to 10% required.

Salary Range: $164105 - $184000 per year
