Job Description:

We are currently hiring a motivated and imaginative Safa Technician for 1st shift. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team where creativity and initiative are highly valued.

Schedule: 5x8, Monday - Friday (5:30 am to 1:30 pm)

**POSITION IS LOCATED AT HEADQUARTERS IN BRILLION, WI**

THE DAY TO DAY...

• Design and build equipment to drive continuous improvement through AriensCo facilities.

• Work with Operations to implement safety and improvement projects.

• Work with Tool & Die to add pneumatics and hydraulics to weld fixtures.

THE QUALIFICATIONS...

• Minimum High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

• Valid Driver's License

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals

• Strong mathematical skills: Must be comfortable performing basic math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals in various units of measure.

• Proficient use of measurement tools (tape measure, calipers, indicators, etc.)

• Must demonstrate safe and effective use of hand and power tools in a manufacturing or technical environment.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

• Welding and fabrication skills

• Machining skills

• Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics

• Basic electrical knowledge

• Mechanical aptitude

• Attention to detail
