Guidehouse is looking to hire multiple Testers with varying technical levels for a large project with the VA.

What You Will Do:

 Review and update the existing Program Test Strategy and Process Documentation, and develop Project Test Strategies

• Support the Government in planning, training, and testing of financial and acquisition system of record for the VA.
Coordinate with other vendors on testing to adjudicate, resolve, and close issues. 

• Review and make recommendations to existing Project Test Plans per deployment as well as the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
• Develop, maintain, and prioritize a Testing Defect Log that is updated daily

• Develop and deliver a Test Evaluation Summary Document after each deployment that assesses product quality from a test management perspective and report test execution results. 

• Work with the Selenium testing tool throughout phases of testing and test execution
• Prepare testing training materials and facilitate test team training
• Manage testing by test engineers and provide test reporting for results of testing activities 
• Provide status updates for test activities and deliverables
• Develop Test Automation scripts and conduct automated testing to optimize effectiveness of regression test activities 
• Document updates to test artifacts as required to test approved requests for change in response to customer system needs 

• Verify readiness of test system and execute test plan, cases, and scripts 
• Design and prepare test data 
• Execute test using Agile best practices and evaluate results to ensure compliance 
• Perform integration testing using Agile best practices to ensure system modules operate as integrated system
• Conduct testing for performance, 508 compliance, regression, and security based on approved requirements and the RTM 
• Log testing events, findings, and incidents in a system test execution log 
• Document test results and recommend fixes, provide guidance to system users for UAT planning 
• Provide requested updated test documentation for Quality Assurance Inspections 

What You Will Need:

Requires robust technical knowledge on policies and procedures
- Displays deep project management knowledge
- Requires a University Degree and minimum 8-10 years of prior relevant experience; some roles may require graduate-level education Master’s or Doctorate degree (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree)

The annual salary range for this position is $104,200.00-$156,300.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
