WeCare is seeking a qualified commercial and /or industrial Regional HVAC Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be team oriented and believes customer satisfaction is a top priority. An expert working knowledge with boilers, chillers, PTAC, RTU's, and split systems are a must. Experience in property maintenance, HVAC systems, and mechanical knowledge. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and showcase your technical expertise. Having controls experience is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems
• Monitor HVAC systems and operations and ensure that routine preventive maintenance performs according to established schedules and standards
• Respond to hot and cold calls, then troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Check, repairs and/or replaces valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, pipes, and other functional components of the system
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ, depending on business necessities.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• HVAC repair and install knowledge and experience
• 10 plus years related work experience preferred 
• Holds appropriate license/certification for the specific work to be done in the city and state of PA
• Minimum requirement is EPA CFC Universal Certificate
• Successful candidates must be adaptable, reliable and nurtures of health/safe working environment
