Your role
As Product Manager Front Office Services, you will report functionally to the FMGT Front Office Services Product Area lead and hold ultimate responsibility for the Front office services product.


In this role, you are not only managing the delivery but also functionally leading a group of Product Owners and other contributors across your product group. You are responsible for defining the and driving the Intraday and real time position management product, steering execution, and fostering the development of your team members. You do this in close alignment with your Product Area Lead.


Your key responsibilities
You will align the Product roadmap to Epics and towards FM Front Office objectives, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to steer the delivery. You share a responsibility to improve ING’s performance and identify opportunities to better serve our customers by:

  • Translating the business strategy into delivery and ensuring the right priorities.
  • Strengthening the “ING way of working” while safeguarding the Orange Code as a role model.
  • Managing dependencies and stimulating interaction between people, tribes, products, squads and chapters (within and outside your Product Area).

You will lead the Front Office product across multiple countries, cultures, and time zones. Within the FM/GT Tribe Pricing, our focus is on delivering a differentiated client experience.
As Product Manager, you will steer the Front Office Services Product to provide state-of-the-art, high-quality intraday and real-time position management for Financial Markets and Group Treasury desks globally. This is supported by the unified Pricing platform and an expanding range of products onboarded onto the ING Pricing Architecture (IPA).
IPA offers model-based pricing, intraday and real-time position management, risk figures, reports, and analytical tools—all accessible through a unified portal.
You and your teams will be the face and first point of contact for Front Office users in Financial Markets and Group Treasury.

We are looking for
A Product Manager displaying the following behaviours:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience working on Product delivery, in Financial Markets
