Be a part of the team creating modern systems using modern technologies. The hottest, fastest-growing team at Everi is looking for a Java Developer to join their team!

What Will You Be Doing?

• Design, modify and implement Java server-side features.
• Build a modern microservices system that is hosted in a part cloud-native application, part on-premise virtualized network.
• Create the next big thing using a lot of the same technologies Netflix uses.
• Be a team player in this highly collaborative group, learning from senior members and mentoring junior ones all along.
• Recommend alterations to designs and processes to improve the quality of products and procedures.

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Needed for the Job:

• 2-3 + years of programming experience in Java, if you have gaming or casino experience that's a HUGE plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience in a related field required.
• Experience in working within Microservices.
• Knowledgeable in utilizing Spring boot on a daily basis. 
• Knowledge of Agile methodology (daily standups, weekly demos, 2-week sprints).
