As the largest full-service provider in this space, we enable State Housing Finance Agencies and other public organizations to administer programs that help families access affordable homeownership or rental housing. Our solutions power the financial backbone that processes funding, manages compliance, and ensures every dollar of support is tracked and maximized.

Who we need

Reporting to the Director of Professional Services, we are looking for a Housing & Financial Software Implementation Consultant to join our team. Although we have offices in Pembroke Pines, FL and Lafayette, CA, this is a remote role within the US.

As our new Housing & Financial Software Implementation Consultant, you will work with clients, replacing legacy systems and manual processes with our software improving accuracy, efficiency, and transparency. You will play a critical role ensuring that resources reach those who need them most.

What you will focus on:

• Implement and configure. You will lead the end-to-end implementation of Emphasys solutions for assigned clients. You will handle everything from project set-up and scheduling to configuration, training, and documentation, ensuring a smooth transition to our products.
  
  

• Engage and train. You will run remote meetings, webinars, and training sessions that build user confidence and adoption. You will occasionally travel for client engagements, including our annual customer conference each October.
  
  

• Support and test. You will provide Tier 2 escalation support and  assist with testing new releases. You will contribute insights to developers for continuous improvement.
  
  

• Consult and advise. You will review client workflows, recommend best practices, and guide organizations through process improvements. You may also participate in product demos and proposals to support the sales process.
