What You Will Do

As the Senior Analyst, Inventory Control you will be a key driver in ensuring inventory accuracy within Chomps’ vast network of facilities. This role will give you the opportunity to own high-impact projects, optimize inventory tracking and reconciliation, and collaborate with leadership across departments. Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage inventory control for co-manufacturing and raw storage locations, or flex withing network as required.
• Ensure timely reconciliation and accurate reporting for all assigned sites at the lot level in support of month-end-close processes.
• Analyze and resolve inventory variances at lot level in partnership with internal Accounting and Operations.
• Lead and support in variance resolution at assigned 3rd party sites.
• Own daily, weekly, and month-end reporting for co-manufacturing sites.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to improve inventory tracking and accuracy of lot level data transactions in ERP.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities for process and data integrity with responsible sites and manage rollout through implementation.
• Support execution of physical inventory audits and cycle counting to ensure compliance and accuracy. 

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience in Inventory Control, required
• Strong analytical skills for variance reconciliation and reporting. 
• Strong proficiency in Excel required
• Proficiency in NetSuite (NS), highly preferred  
• Experience in co-manufacturing environments and raw storage inventory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work independently through ambiguity and lead inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Ability to travel up to 30%

Salary Range Opportunity:

• The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $75,000 + annual bonus of 10%
