Manager, Golden State Community Foundation

<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>About the Position</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">The Golden State Community Foundation is looking for a Manager to support the execution and day-to-day operations of the Foundation's community impact, fundraising, and philanthropic initiatives. The Manager will provide comprehensive programmatic, fundraising, and operational support across a diverse portfolio of Foundation programs and campaigns, helping to ensure initiatives are strategically planned, effectively implemented, and evaluated to maximize impact, donor engagement, and community outcomes.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">In this role, you will support fundraising operations, project management, stakeholder coordination, partnership activation, donor engagement, and program administration while working collaboratively across internal departments and external community partners. You will play a key role in advancing the Foundation's strategic priorities through strong operational execution, relationship management, and oversight of both fundraising and community impact initiatives.
