Principal Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Principal Technical Program Manager to become an integral part of our Customer Digital Identity (CDI) team. Your role will encompass leading expansive, cross-disciplinary projects within a multifaceted environment. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in navigating complex technical challenges while maintaining a strong alignment with customer experience and overarching business objectives. As a pivotal figure, you will collaborate with teams employing cutting-edge technologies, including big data, machine learning, AI/generative AI, and real-time analytics. Your responsibility will be to serve as the essential bridge among business, engineering, and product divisions, ensuring the smooth integration and adoption of customer-focused digital identity solutions and processes throughout our organization.

• You have a solid track record in independently leading strategic customer data programs, including data ingestion, identity / consent UX, identity resolution, data quality, data governance, and privacy/ legal compliance.

• You are an expert in leading through ambiguity and driving structure and rhythm in highly diverse environments. 

• You have a solid technical foundation to influence and define tech-vision for scalable platform solutions, lead design discussions and choices, facilitate technical trade-offs.

• You have a proven track record of building trust and managing diverse set stakeholders with competing business priorities and ensuring roadmap alignment. 

• You have a proven track record of senior leadership and executive engagements, status reporting, and program reviews. 

• You are a change leader who initiates and effectively leads changes that solve for scale, efficiency and velocity.
