Overall Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Application Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

 

Your duties will include:

• Application Development:
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern frameworks, tools, and programming languages.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Integration and Maintenance:
• Integrate applications with third-party APIs and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal application performance.
• Database Interaction:
• Collaborate with database administrators to ensure efficient data retrieval and storage.
• Write and optimize SQL queries.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Code Review and Quality Assurance:
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
• Test applications thoroughly to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Technical Leadership:
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on technical challenges.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and collaborate on system designs.

About You

 

We might be a great match if you have: 

Required:

• Expertise with multiple programming languages (e.g., PHP, Java, C++, C#, Python).
• Moderate knowledge and experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., JQuery, React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Proficient with basic configuration of Windows IIS web servers and Linux Apache web servers.
• Solid understanding of various integration methodologies (REST, SOAP, OAuth 2.0).
• Strong understanding of database principles and methodologies.
• Basic experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

 

Preferred:

• Solid experience writing SQL queries and working with SQL functions and commands.
• Basic experience configuring database servers such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
