Business Process Improvement Intern

Title: Business Process Improvement Intern (Part-time)

Location: Remote

Hours: 10-20 hours/week

Overview:

IntelliBridge is an award-winning national security company looking for a part-time Business Process Improvement Intern to support our corporate office with improving business processes that are both interdepartmental and linked to our managers on contract.

Responsibilities/Duties:   

• Monitor existing processes and provide maintenance as needed.
• Update documentation to reflect process changes.
• Conduct business process analysis to evaluate improvement suggestions.
• Engage with users to implement and communicate updates to processes.
• Respond to inquiries and provide solutioning.

 Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience with business process analysis or studying business process analysis.
• Experience with Smartsheet.
• Experience with Visio.
