We are seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff to the CCO - a critical leadership role that blends executive partnership, sales enablement strategy, and high-impact project execution. 

The ideal candidate brings a strong sales operations and Salesforce analytics background, thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, and is ready to help scale and shape a high-growth organization. This is more than a support role - it’s a launchpad for broader leadership. You’ll work directly with the CCO on strategic decisions, gain exposure across the business, and help shape how we grow and scale globally.

 What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CCO, helping prioritize, structure, and execute key initiatives and set the strategic direction and operational priorities of the CCO org.

  • Lead sales enablement strategy end-to-end: build systems, playbooks, and processes to boost commercial performance and reduce cycle times.

  • Deliver actionable insights through Salesforce analytics and reporting, helping steer revenue decisions.

  • Manage the scheduling, agenda building, and running of all CCO staff calls, strategic planning meetings and other leadership meetings and assist with all executive, corporate and board level communications and presentations. 

  • Drive content creation and agendas for key internal and external purposes (leadership meeting, key client / prospect meetings, internal all-hands.

  • Oversee commercial bid management (RFPs/RFIs), ensuring proposal quality, brand alignment, and win-rate improvement.

  • Drive strategic projects and cross-functional alignment across the commercial organization.

  • General mentorship across the CCO organization- establish and nurture relationships at the highest levels of organizations.

  • Maintain lists of CCO priority action items and goals, and monitor progress on action items.

  • Manage and mentor enablement/bid teams and oversee the CCO’s EA for strategic calendar and time management.

What You Bring

  • 5 - 10 years of cumulative experience in any of the following roles: Chief of Staff or strategic support role to senior executives, project management, and/or operations.

  • At least 5 years of leadership or people management experience.

  • Sound judgment, excellent critical thinking, strong project management skills, and the ability to provide clear direction in complex env
