Sr. Manager/ AD - Analytics Consulting - Healthcare

We are looking for someone with a good blend of business consulting skills and data analytics background.

Responsibilities:

• Work on the latest applications of data science to solve business problems
• Work directly with client stakeholders to translate business problems into high level analytics solution designs
• Present analytic solutions to business audiences highlighting robustness of the solution and how it could help generate business value
• Develop end-to-end solutions based on in-depth understanding of business problems to ensure analytics solutions are delivered efficiently, predictably, and sustainably
• Responsible for managing analytics projects, collaborating with client stakeholders and Tiger’s team situated globally

• Participate in discussions with team members to select and apply relevant analytic techniques and create actionable business insights
• Hands-on experience in leading and delivering complex, large AI/ ML programs with measurable ROI. Experience with Optimization projects is a plus
• Responsible for making presentations to senior management, communicating results to business teams, and develop plans to help operationalize analytic solution

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Analytics Consulting
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Healthcare in the recent years
• Experience in building relationships with client stakeholders to meet account objectives
• Ability to manage mid to senior client stakeholders, including project presentations, program & delivery governance, risk escalations & mitigations, etc.
• Experience in growing accounts from pilot to large engagements, including contract renewal discussions & paperwork
• Prior experience of working with 3rd party datasets in the Healthcare domain
• Experience in leading globally distributed teams in Onshore/ Offshore delivery model
• In collaboration with data scientists, ability to effectively communicate the design of analytics solution and implementation roadmap
• Implement the change management tactics to ensure success of the solution delivery - including end-user communication plan (release plan, release notes, feedback collection, etc.)
• Prior product management experience in Healthcare is a plus
