- Position Summary
- Temporary hourly-intermittent work study student assistant position available in Advancement Services.
- Start Date
- Position available on or after February 1,2025 and ending on or before May 22, 2026. Possibility of reappointment based on budget, department needs, and job performance.
- Job Description/Duties
- Duties include but are not limited to:
- Daily input and updating of data in donor database (Raiser’s Edge).
- Answer and direct incoming calls and take messages.
- Greet and meet with department visitors; as necessary, call Public Safety to provide vehicle information for parking.
- Assist with both incoming and outgoing mail distribution and campus errands.
- Assis with Smart/conference room scheduling and setup
- Conversion of files to digital format (scanning); internet / information searches; filing; shredding; assisting with mailings, collating, and other clerical duties as assigned.
- Assist with special events, including onsite assistance at selected events as necessary; greeting guests, recording RSVPs, event set up, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Qualifications
- Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
- Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year in which you are applying.
- Salary Range
- $16.90 per hour.
