The Impact You'll Make

As a Product Manager at Lam, you will manage the development and delivery of Equipment Intelligence (EI) products and services for Deposition Product Group (DPG) products. Your industry experience will be crucial in the planning and prioritization of feature and product packages for both software and EI offerings.

You will lead and align priorities, objectives, and decisions to meet product requirements. Additionally, you’ll actively drive deployment of EI offerings across multiple product lines and customers. This includes involvement throughout all stages of a product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical execution including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the features and products.  

Using your sound judgement and decision-making capability, you’ll provide structure and guidance to work effectively across multiple organizations. With a blend of business and technical savvy, you’ll understand the big-picture vision, and make the product vision a reality.

What You'll Do

• Manage Feature and Product Package Development, Roadmaps and Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP), including crafting product vision statement, identifying product requirements, and defining value capture methods to maximize value for Lam.
• Define implementation strategy for product enhancements, customer requests, improvements, and fixes, including communication strategy with stakeholders.
• Communicate forecast plans with stakeholders, manage financial approvals, and drive cost requirements for product features to ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with Business Development to proliferate paid software enhancements to maximize value to both Lam and customers.
• Drive Business Unit Operational and Strategic Support for the EI and Central PPM software Engineering Priority List (EPL) to ensure development and support activities are prioritized and aligned.

Who We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Computer Science, Data Science or Software Engineering or Technical Degree, or related field with 5+ years of applicable experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA is desired.
• Data Science and software experience is desirable.
• Demonstrated management or leadership is preferred.
