Key Responsibilities:

- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff

- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff

- Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures

- Assist with feeding patients and ensuring their comfort

- Document care provided accurately and timely in patient records

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid CNA certification/license in the state of employment

- Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail

- Physical ability to perform caregiving tasks and assist with patient mobility

- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts during overnight hours
