Reporting to the Director, Performance, Accountability and Funding Allocation, the Lead, Performance, Accountability and Funding Allocation will serve as a key point of contact for assigned Health Service Providers (HSPs), supporting performance monitoring, accountability agreement administration, funding processes, risk identification and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role works collaboratively with HSPs, regional teams and internal partners to advance system priorities, strengthen performance outcomes and support practical, data-informed solutions.
The scope of this role is regional in nature and will focus on the needs of Ontario Health’s North Region.
Here is what you will be doing:
Lead the performance management and monitoring of assigned Health Service Providers (HSPs), including accountability agreements, service performance, funding targets, key performance indicators and related reporting requirements.
Support the negotiation, development and completion of Service Accountability Agreements (SAAs), including work-back schedules, supporting documentation, target setting and follow-up with HSPs.
Use health system data, performance measures and funding information to identify risks, trends, service gaps and opportunities for improvement across the region.
Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations to the Director, Consultant and internal partners on HSP performance, accountability requirements, funding allocation, risk management and Ministry/Ontario Health priorities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HSPs and internal teams to support proactive issue management, collaborative problem solving and alignment with regional and provincial priorities.
