Elevating Pandora’s customer shopping experience Pandora is strengthening its retail excellence agenda to deliver a world-class experience, personalised to our customers, regardless of how they choose to shop, and as our new Global Retail Training Manager, you will be in charge of leading all activities connected to Products & Craftmanship pillar within the Global Retail Training team. 

In this role, you will be responsible for empowering our store and sales teams worldwide to possess superior product knowledge and harness the power of storytelling to create an enduring and emotional connection to our brand, supporting our purpose to “Give a voice to people’s loves”. Empowering our teams and providing them with the right methods and tools will drive tangible commercial results. 

  

You will drive the digital and in-person Products and Craftsmanship developments globally, collaborating closely with our 9 market clusters and multiple functions at Global Office to ensure a high performance of content delivered thus improving product knowledge and expertise. 

  

Furthermore, your key responsibilities include:  

  • Driving the Product and Craftmanship digital learning agenda by creating innovative and inspirational content. 

  • Defining training content development roadmap for the Products and Craftmanship pillar according to strategic goals. 

  • Leading and managing the team to deliver on training projects and collaborations within timeframes agreed.  

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in clusters and in global office other, proactively seeking their input and feedback, and involving them in the co-creation of compelling training content and tools (i.e. storytelling). 

  • Evaluate training initiatives to inform decisions on content developments, improvements, and updates. 

  • Measure training impact on store colleagues through agreed KPIs. 

  • Champion the role of training as a strategic enabler, articulating its value proposition and demonstrating the return on investment to stakeholders.

You have strong experience in designing training programs and delivering them face-to-face and virtually. You can drive projects and initiatives independently from start to finish, and you can deal with uncertainty and work in a dynamic, changing, and fast-paced environment. Furthermore, we hope you have or can demonstrate: 
 

  • More than 5 years of relevant experience, e.g. as Training Manager, Learning & Development Manager, Regional Sales Manager, District Sales Manager, Retail Operations Manager, or similar.  
  • Exceptional creativity, innovation, and design thinking, with the ability to challenge the status quo and drive transformational change in training practices. 

  • Apply a strong foundation in learning theory to create meaningful and learner-centered training experiences that incorporate technology and multimedia tools to enhance the learning outcomes.  

  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to gather and interpret insights to measure training effectiveness and continuously improve outcomes. 

  • Employ exceptional communication skills to articulate complex concepts, engage stakeholders in training plans and deliver training sessions that are inspiring and impactful.  

  • Stay at the forefront of emerging trends and breakthroughs in learning theory, instructional design, and technology-enhanced learning to drive innovation in our training practices. 

  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and learning management systems and authoring tools.
